Inline Series 5100

The NEW Label-Aire® Inline 5100 labeling system is designed to offer you advanced features while also making labeling easier, faster, and more affordable... making your operation more profitable. The advanced Inline 5100 is a rugged stainless steel cabinet based (including frame and side plates) labeling system that can be outfitted with Label-Aire's full range of Label-Aire New Generation 3100/3000 Series applicators (wipe-on, air-blow, or tamp-blow). Label-Aire® Inline Trunnion Series Labeling System

The NEW Label-Aire® Trunnion Series labeling system accurately wrap applies labels at high speeds to small diameter products at an affordable price. Trunnion labeling has never been easier! Based on the industry-proven stainless steel cabinet based Inline Series 5100 labeling system, the Trunnion Series continues Label-Aire's longstanding tradition of advanced features, toughness, speed, and accuracy spelling lower operating costs and increased productivity for your operation. The Trunnion Series is specifically designed to handle non-stable cylindrical containers or products (i.e., top heavy or rounded bottom) including vials, ampoules, lip balm/lipstick containers, small batteries, crayons, pens, etc. The NEW advanced yet rugged Trunnion Series labeling system is a stainless steel cabinet based PLC-controlled labeling system designed for heavy-duty wrap labeling applications. The Trunnion Series can be specifically built for horizontal-, vertical-, or angled trunnion labeling. Label-Aire® 5015 CFB – Cylindrical Front & Back Labeler

The Model 5015 CFB "Cylindrical Front and Back" pressure-sensitive labeling system is designed to wrap apply front and back labels, up to 180 degrees around, to cylindrical containers at speeds up to 60 products per minute to +/- 1/16" (1.6 mm) accuracy. The 5015 CFB utilizes two model 2015 applicators, with the Label-Aire patented inline system of
applying front and back labels to cylindrical products that require labels to be centered relative to each other. The 5015 CFB uses two rolls, one for front label and one for back labels - instead of special rolls with alternating front and back labels - saving you money on labels and labor.

Ideal applications for this system include wine bottles, candles, and other cylindrical products. The Model 5015 CFB can also be used as a straight wrap around labeler for full and partial wrap applications.
