About ISI

The ISI team consists of individuals with a minimum of 20 years experience in the packaging industry, specifically, product identification. With experience and expertise in technologies ranging from simple drop-on-demand case coding printers to complete, sophisticated production lines, ISI can provide a solution to your product identification and tracking requirements.

ISI was founded in 2002 on four principles:

2. Use the best technology available for the solution.
3. Price the solution fairly.
4. Provide the best after-the-sale support possible.

We realize that one company cannot be an expert in every aspect of the packaging industry. While also realizing that many projects require exactly that. Our answer was to form solid working partnerships with small companies, who are conscientious, experienced and well respected in their specific areas of expertise – custom machine designers and builders, conveyor companies, machine vision companies and others. Dependent upon the solution required, ISI can draw on the experience and expertise of our partners to bring the client the best solution possible, at a fair price and in a reasonable time frame while providing the customer a single point of contact and responsibility for their project.
